Private beta agreement

This agreement covers your participation in the HedgeFundAI private beta.

Private beta, by invitation

HedgeFundAI is currently invite-only. Access is granted after a personal, manual review of each request — there is no self-serve signup while we are in this stage.

No production-grade service level

The private beta is offered on a best-effort basis. We do not currently commit to a production-grade service level agreement (uptime guarantees, response-time commitments, or similar). Features, availability, and behavior may change as we learn from beta usage.

We collect your feedback

By participating in the private beta, you agree that we may collect your feedback about the product — including bug reports, feature requests, and usability observations — and use it to improve HedgeFundAI.

How we handle your data

A full description of what we collect, why, and for how long is in our privacy policy. The short version: we collect your business profile, the connector access you grant us, your assistant conversations, and audit events — only to run and improve your workspace.
