Terms of service
These terms govern your use of HedgeFundAI during the private beta.
What the service is
HedgeFundAI is a private business workspace: a private workspace, a business-aware AI assistant, and connectors to the tools you already use. It is currently in private beta, invite-only, and offered on a best-effort basis.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use HedgeFundAI for:
- Abusive automation, including attempts to overload, flood, or circumvent the workspace or its connectors.
- Impermissible scraping of HedgeFundAI or of any connected third-party service beyond what your own connection is scoped to access.
- Re-identifying, de-anonymizing, or otherwise attempting to unmask other users or businesses from data made available to you.
The AI assistant
The in-workspace AI assistant produces advisory outputs — drafts, summaries, and suggestions. It does not take autonomous action outside your workspace. Any output should be reviewed before you rely on it.
Approval gates on external actions
HedgeFundAI does not send emails, post content, move money, or take any other external action on your behalf automatically. External actions happen only after you, as the workspace owner, give explicit approval recorded against a draft packet prepared for your review.
Billing & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed by subscription through Stripe, monthly or annual. Details:
- Starter and Growth plans include a 14-day free trial before your first charge.
- You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Founding-member pricing is locked for 12 months.
- AI usage allowances are soft caps: if you go over your plan's monthly allowance, the assistant keeps working using non-AI answers rather than charging overage fees.
- Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable.

Termination
Either party may end participation in the private beta at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms, or the separate beta agreement, are not followed, or if we end the private beta program. On termination, your workspace access ends and data is handled as described in our privacy policy.
